Our goal is to deliver high-quality Passive House designs, custom home builds, and home renovations, as well as comprehensive commercial carpentry packages for large-scale developments. Through the design phase to project completion, we are focused on delivering projects of exceptional craftsmanship, tailored to meet client priorities, budgets, and timelines.

Commercial Construction: Our experienced construction team and extensive sub-contractor network ensure we deliver comprehensive commercial carpentry packages that meet commercial standards. From installing complex structural framing to integrating skirting and trimmings, our commercial carpentry contractors bring expertise and experience to every commercial project.

SIMONS.

Glen Esk was founded by Simon Procter and Simon Delaney in Perth, Western Australia in 2017.

With over 45 years of combined experience in the building and construction industry, the Simons have since built an experienced team of in-house carpenters as well as a network of professionals that enables Glen Esk to deliver exceptional construction solutions for projects of varying complexity and scale.

SIMON PROCTER 

Founder / Director

As Director and Estimator at Glen Esk Construction, Simon brings a strong, site-based skillset developed through extensive experience in Tier 1 commercial construction and specialisation in Eastern States Housing construction methodology. Building on a foundation as a qualified Carpenter and Joiner since 2009, Simon is a Registered Building Contractor holding a Diploma in Building and Construction and certification as a Passive House Tradesman.

SIMON DELANEY

Founder / Director

As Director and Project Manager at Glen Esk Construction, Simon delivers a comprehensive, site-based skillset and trades expertise. Trade-qualified as a Carpenter and Joiner since 2005, he has a background spanning large-scale Tier 1 commercial construction and sustainable building as a certified Passive House Tradesman. Simon is also a Registered Building Contractor and holds a Diploma in Building and Construction.
