Frequently Asked Questions
Our commercial work is carpentry focused, delivered for builders, developers and project managers.
That covers full carpentry fitout packages, site amenities and establishment, and some but not limited to custom feature work, panelling, door packages, skirtings and mouldings, and FF&E installation.
We work to program, we turn up when we say we will, and we finish to a standard that doesn’t come back on you in defects. Most of our commercial work comes from builders we’ve worked with before.
We work on large-scale commercial, health, education and hospitality projects, generally as a carpentry subcontractor to major head contractors.
Recent projects include The Ritz-Carlton Perth, Brookfield Place, St John of God Midland Hospital, Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, ECU City Campus and Geraldton Health Campus.
These are projects with tight programs, high finish standards and no tolerance for defects at handover. Health and education work in particular carries strict compliance and documentation requirements, which is exactly what our QA framework was built for.
Yes, both.
Internally that covers linings, panelling, door packages, skirtings and mouldings, feature joinery, built-in cabinetry and FF&E. Externally it covers cladding, soffits, screening and battens, decking and structural carpentry.
Compliance is managed in-house. We have a dedicated compliance function that has developed our quality assurance framework based on AS 9001 principles, which means documented procedures, structured inspection and hold points, trade inductions, non-conformance tracking and complete documentation at handover.
The practical upshot for a head contractor is that our packages don’t come back on you. The compliance work happens as we go, the paperwork is done at completion, and defects are resolved before they become your problem.
